According to the charges, Kojic, a former member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, raped a female, while threatening her with a revolver, in a house in Zasavica village, Bosanski Samac municipality on several occasions during July 1992.
He raped the injured party in a house, where she occasionally stayed, on several occasions. Holding a revolver in his hand, he ordered her to go into the bedroom, grabbed her by her hand, pulled her towards himself, pushed her down to a French bed, unclothed himself and the injured party, left the revolver on a pillow and committed rape against her, the indictment alleges.
The Doboj District Prosecutions indictment further alleges that Kojic raped the injured party in that same house two more times in July 1992.
At a request by the Doboj Prosecution, the District Court closed the trial to the public in order to protect the victims private life.
The indictment against Kojic was confirmed on October 11 last year.
